Cubomart - an unstaffed fast-food restaurant open 24/7
Cubomart isn't just an unmanned store. It's an automated fast-food restaurant that serves customers around the clock without a traditional staff.
Cubomart is part of the Cuboid product family
The first concept launched in the product family was the Cubobar.
Cubomart takes the same concept behind mobile retail kiosks to the next level, replacing traditional service with automation. A hearty breakfast, coffee, pizza, soda, smoothie, or panini can be served quickly, consistently, and easily—even when a traditional restaurant is closed.
Automation DOES NOT compromise product quality
On the contrary, with the right recipes, state-of-the-art manufacturing, and modern technology, vending products can be among the highest quality in their category—and available consistently around the clock.
From the lobby of a hotel or office building – high-quality products 24/7
Cubomart Indoor is a modern, unstaffed service kiosk that brings high-quality café and fast-food services to places where people go every day. The units are located in the lobbies of office buildings, hotels, and sports centers, where they offer customers a quick and hassle-free shopping experience around the clock.
The Cubomart Indoor solution is available in two different sizes. The larger unit offers a diverse selection of hot food items, such as pizzas and paninis, as well as coffee, soft drinks, and ice cream. The smaller unit focuses on the most popular items, offering paninis, coffee, soft drinks, and ice cream in a compact space.
The concept aims to combine high-quality products, modern technology, and an attractive shopping environment. Cubomart Indoor enables the cost-effective opening of new retail locations and creates a new, scalable distribution channel for food manufacturers and service providers to reach growing customer flows.
Self-service transformed retail – now it’s changing restaurants
In Asia, consumers have long been accustomed to purchasing everyday products and services from vending machines, which have been part of the urban service network for decades.
In Europe, unmanned services are only just becoming more common. This trend is being driven by high labor costs, staffing challenges, growing demand for 24/7 services, and technological advancements.
As a result, the vending market is expected to grow significantly, particularly in workplaces, transportation hubs, and public spaces.
Consumers are already used to self-service—they fill up their tanks and do their shopping without any staff around.
Next, this trend will extend to restaurant services.
Why Cubomart?
01
Consumers want service when it suits them.
In the morning before work, in the evening after a workout, at night while traveling, or on the weekend when other places are closed. Consumers want service when they need it, not when it’s available.
02
The cost structure in the restaurant industry calls for new models.
Labor costs are one of the biggest challenges in the restaurant industry and, in practice, force businesses to scale back their operations. Automated service makes it possible to extend operating hours without the need for a constant staff presence.
03
Quality can be standardized better than ever before.
When product formulations are carefully designed and manufactured to high standards, the customer receives a high-quality product. Seamlessly functioning technology ensures a positive user experience, resulting in consistently excellent customer satisfaction.
